- Once the products are shipped, how long does it take to deliver the package?
Delivery times can vary greatly from one location to another. In summary, shipping times alone could be:
United States: 5 - 12 business days.
Mexico: 3 - 15 business days.
South America: 15 - 20 business days.
European Union: 5 - 9 business days.
Delivery times are not guaranteed, as many factors affect delivery speed. The above are estimated times required by the postal service and do not include customs clearance time at the destination. In some cases, the local customs office at your destination may require additional documents and time for your package to be shipped, which may also cause further delays in delivery.
- Why does my order arrive in two separate deliveries?
Some of our products come from different warehouses. If you combine items from our domestic inventory with products from our international warehouse in Los Angeles, you will receive your order in two deliveries. Items in domestic stock arrive in 2 to 5 business days, while international shipments can take 7 to 10 business days. We will keep you updated and you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! After adding your items to your cart, select your country on the checkout page.
- When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed immediately, however, for parcel delivery it must be on a business day.
During holidays and peak travel periods. Customs and the Postal Service may also require additional processing/delivery time during peak seasons or before major holidays (e.g., Buen Fin, Hot Sale, Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.). Please also note that delays may occur due to pending payment authorizations.
